"Gave me some confidence , but not great"
I ordered a wig from Godiva's Secret Wigs because I was hoping it would make me feel a little better about going out . At first , it did give me a bit of a boost , and from a distance the style looked nice .
After wearing it for a while though , the fit just wasn’t that comfortable , and the hair didn’t look as natural as I expected . For the price , I thought it would feel better overall . It’s not terrible , but I did end up feeling a little disappointed .

The wig was packed nicely, with the net and bag still in place, so that was a relief. The box did have a little dent on one corner, and for a second I felt kind of stuck worrying it might be damaged inside, but everything was fine when I opened it. Overall I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

"Super easy to style"
I barely had to do anything to it. I just brushed it out and it fell into place really nicely, which is always a win because I don’t have the patience for a whole routine. It handled heat well too, and overall I’m really happy with it.

"I tried to make a return..."
I tried to make a return and it turned into way more of a hassle than it needed to be. The policy feels really strict, and every time I asked for help, I got passed around like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue. It’s frustrating when you just need a simple answer and no one seems responsible for actually helping...

I had a wig consult with her and, it was really helpful. She answered all my questions, even the little ones I felt kind of unsure about asking... and she just made the whole process feel a lot less stressful

"Okay looking, but not comfy for long"
At first I thought the wig looked okay, like not bad or anything. But after wearing it for a couple hours, it started being kind of not nice on my head. It felt tight around the sides and got itchy near the front part, so I kept messing with it and adjusting it a lot. That got annoying fast. It might be alright if you only need it for a short time, but I don’t think I’d wear it the whole day. I just thought it would feel better than it did.

"Fast shipping and totally worth it"
I ordered my wig and wasn’t expecting it to show up so quickly. I got the tracking info soon after ordering, and it actually arrived earlier than I thought it would. Delivery was smooth with no issues at all, which I really appreciate. For the service alone, I’d say it was definitely worth it

"I was happy because they..."
I was happy because they actually had the wig I wanted in the right color and the right length. That might not sound like a big deal, but I’ve been on so many sites where they show a style like it’s available, then once you click around or try to order, the color is out of stock or the length isn’t an option anymore. This time, what I saw was actually what I could buy. The ordering process was simple, and when it arrived, it was the one I picked, which I really appreciated

"Really nice wig for the price"
I was happy with this wig. It feels soft, looks natural enough when it’s on, and the quality is better than I expected for the price. I did notice a little shedding after wearing it a few times, but it wasn’t anything major. Overall, I like it and would buy it again.

It looks okay overall, but the hairline felt a little fake to me, haha. It’s not awful or anything, just not quite what I was hoping for, so I’m a bit disappointed.

"Pretty easy overall"
I was able to find what I needed quickly, which was nice. The only small downside was that the site felt a little plain and could maybe use a bit more guidance in spots. But checkout was simple and quick, so overall it was a smooth experience.

"Actually looked like the photos"
I was nervous about ordering a wig online because I’ve been burned before, and I hate when the pictures look one way and the product shows up looking totally different. I hate dealing with weird surprises like the wrong color or a totally off style, but this one was actually accurate. The color matched the photos really well, the style was basically what I expected, and even the length was right. I kept checking it because I was expecting something to be off, but there really wasn’t much to complain about. For once, no annoying surprises, so I’m happy with it.

"Looked a bit too shiny for me"
The style itself was fine, but the hair fibers looked shinier than I’m used to, especially in daylight. Compared to other ones I’ve tried, this just didn’t look as natural on me. It wasn’t awful, just not quite what I was hoping for.

"Not enough styles, and getting transferred didn’t help"
I was disappointed with the selection. A lot of the wigs looked almost the same, and I couldn’t find the cut I had in mind. I tried reaching out for help, but I kept getting transferred around, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. The site felt really limited, so I eventually gave up looking

The customer service wasn’t very helpful. I reached out hoping to get some answers, but it took a while and I didn’t really get much support. What annoyed me most was that there was no follow-up afterward, so I was left wondering if anyone was even still looking into it.
